Hello, this is a really great recipe for a Gluten Free Wrap:

Rinse and Soak 1 cup of mung dal for 5-7 hours

Drain

Blend in the Vitamix with a one inch piece of fresh ginger (add water as needed to make a smooth paste)

(Please watch the video to get a sense of the consistency; it is a little runnier than a regular pancake batter)

Add 1/2 tea spoon turmeric

1/4 tea spoon cayenne

Salt to taste

Mix well

Spread on a hot skillet with medium-high heat (the video may assist you in seeing how to spread the batter on a skillet without a lip).

Use coconut oil to pan fry; you may use olive oil or any other healthy oil substitutes.
